The existing single-storey semi-detached house was converted into 2-storey detached house with a mezzanine floor, attic and a swimming pool.

The challenge of having a mezzanine floor is low-ceiling height, and at the same time to ensure that the overall height of the house did not get any higher than what was stated in the regulation of URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority, Singapore). However, the double-volume at the living room gives a big sense of generosity and welcoming.

Stone facade at the Frontage of the house, feature wall of swimming pool, and front fencing wall, are well coordinated on the size, colour and stone patterns of the granite used.
