35 GREENRIDGE CRESCENT, SINGAPORE
The house was redesigned because the corner-lot neighbour converted the Existing Tudor Style into a Modern Minimized design, ended up the shared pitch roof was sliced to half.
Due to this, the client requested for expansion of the house, but the existing structure are to be retained. It was a challenge for the engineer, but it worked out well. For the love tropical design, the client required open bathrooms for good ventilation, tiled pitch roofs and louvred screens as sun-shading device.
Indoor landscape are strategized carefully to create indoor gardens and to soften the hardness of walls and structures.
