The existing masterplan was a Sewerage Treatment Plant. The client wished to convert it into a Greenhouse with Restaurant, because the location is right next to vast greenery and beautiful lake.

The masterplan was proposed for 2 phases:

1. Conversion of Existing Sewerage treatment Pant into a Greenhouse and Restaurant

2.  Addition of New VIP rooms at 2nd storey.

Louvres, windows and stacked roof were proposed so that indoor temperature can be controlled during harsh weather.
