The existing masterplan was hostel blocks and facilities for the ShaanGu company's staffs and workers. As the hostels are being shifted to another area, the company wants to convert this land into an old folks home for the neighbourhood, with minimum demolition on the existing building blocks.

There are 4 phases proposed to complete and achieve the client's requirement:

1. Converting the Existing Clubhouse into New Service Centre

2. Converting Existing Hotel into Restaurant

3. Converting Existing Hostel Blocks into New Staff Accommodation

4. Demolishing the remaining if Existing Hostel Blocks to build New Elderly Home Blocks
